These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MSPaintify (“Service”), operated by MSPaintify (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MSPaintify is an AI-powered image transformation tool. You upload a photo and our service generates a stylised version using third-party AI models ( Google nano-banana-2).
Access to the Service requires purchasing one-time credit packs. Credits are consumed on each generation attempt, regardless of whether the result is satisfactory.
One-time purchase. Credit packs are sold as one-time payments, not subscriptions. Purchased credits never expire.
No refunds. All purchases are final. A credit is consumed when a generation request is submitted to the AI model, even if the AI returns an error or an unsatisfactory result. We do not offer refunds or credit reversals.
Payment processing. Payments are handled by Stripe. You agree to Stripe’s terms when checking out.
You agree not to upload images that:
— Depict minors in a sexual or exploitative manner.
— Contain illegal content or are used to harass, defame, or harm others.
— Infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.
Your content. You retain all rights to the images you upload. By submitting an image you grant us a limited licence to process and store it solely to operate the Service.
Generated images. You own the output images generated from your uploads. We claim no rights over them.
Our platform. The MSPaintify brand, website design, and software remain our property.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generation results will meet your expectations, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that output images will be free of defects. Use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
