MSPaintify (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates mspaintify.co. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. By using the service you agree to these terms.
Account data — When you sign in with Google we receive your email address and name. We store your email to identify your account.
Images — Photos you upload are sent to the AI Model for AI processing and then stored on Cloudflare R2 storage. Input and output images are stored against your user ID.
Payment data — Credit card details are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We store the Stripe session ID and number of credits purchased.
Usage data — We track how many image credits you have used and how many remain.
— To operate and improve the service.
— To process payments and manage your credit balance via Stripe.
— To store and serve your generated images via Cloudflare R2.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your images to train AI models.
The following third parties process data on our behalf:
Supabase — Database and authentication hosting (EU region).
Stripe — Payment processing. Subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare R2 — Object storage for input and output images.
Google OAuth — Sign-in provider. Subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
Your account data and generated images are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated images at any time by contacting us.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
If you are in the UK or EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
